Condominium Common Charge Lien

New York Law allows condominiums to assert a common charge lien against unit owners who don't pay their common charges and assessments, and to foreclose on the lien in court to sell the unit at auction to pay off the debt.

Our attorneys will review your offering plan and bylaws, to ensure that the appropriate authority exists, draft the meeting notices, minutes and resolutions, will draft and file the common charge lien against the offending unit owner, and will sue to foreclose the lien.
