Condominium Offering Plans

In addition to representing the sponsor in LLC formation and drafting of its operating agreement, assembling the land and development rights for the project, and negotiating with the sponsor's lenders and general contractor, Treybich Law, P.C. represents sponsors in preparation of offering plans under the Martin Act and the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act for their New York residential, commercial or mixed use condominiums.

Following acceptance of the amendment declaring the offering plan effective by the Office of the Attorney General, our attorneys will represent the sponsor in selling or leasing its condominium units.

Our attorneys also represent the sponsor for many legal issues which may have arisen during construction, including mechanic's liens and other contractor disputes, insurance coverage issues, personal injury or property damage defense, encroachments on, easements over or licenses to enter neighbor's property, and many others.
